Clinical Pathology is a division in the Department of Clinical Sciences and consists of veterinary hematology and clinical biochemistry. This division is responsible for the investigation blood changes and mixtures, biological fluids to help understand abnormalities and disorders and also differential diagnosis, predicting the progress of different diseases, and offering accurate interpretations of laboratory results for treating livestock. This division and its close relationship with other parts of clinical sciences are important because of their role in developing awareness of our colleagues at the department of clinical sciences of the links between laboratory and clinical findings of diseases to enable them for diagnosing and treating the livestock in time.
